BRAVE is our 12 Week LEADERSHIP PROGRAM that is

Kick off is Monday 31st October 2016.

Limited to 15 places.

Here's What You'll Learn:

With the help of worksheets, activities and some quiet think time, you'll get to the bottom of what makes you tick. Amid all that you value, what do you really value the most, for example.

We uncover your non-negotiables, what your brand is now and what you'd like it to be.

If you're not crystal clear on what you stand for, others won't be either. That results in a frustrated and confusing leader.

There isn't work without the rest of you. Prioritisation is a major factor in the rise (or stagnation) of female leaders. Here we spell out a unique approach to balancing all that's important to you.

You practise putting plans into action and in the Group Coach Call we discuss roadblocks and how you plan to get around them.

After Jodie Foster won an Oscar for her performance in Silence of the Lambs, she said she felt like an imposter. She clearly had the goods and yet she felt she didn't deserve to be there. So many female leaders we work with experience Imposter Syndrome, at least at some point.

Much of the heavy lifting in setting winnable goals has already been done in the first two weeks, since you're now clear on what's most important. We define what type of goal setter you are and you map out the year ahead.

Personal management and stress management are fundamental leadership capabilities. While most of us are strong in this area, if you're not diligent you can become derailed. The career-impacting stress is not the kind that comes about as result of an overnight concern (people are generally very understanding of those), but rather the creeping kind of built-up over time stress.

Be ready for a surprise though: your best defence against stress is probably not at all what you think!

Another of those personal management skills, emotional intelligence is said to be more critical in leadership roles than IQ. It's not possible to increase your IQ by more than about 5 points, so what can be done about your EQ?

Turns out, quite a bit. We run through the simple, practical strategies you can implement. They're so instantly applicable you can practice them between the Monday Training Download and our Group Coach Call Thursday morning and share your successes - and your frustrations!

There's a lot to cover this week since Communication has a major impact on all relationships and most of your other leadership skills. Most importantly you'll emerge with a checklist to evaluate your own Communication.

Our personal favourite communication strategy? Keep an eye out for "Yes, if..."

It's ever so very empowering.

The most eloquent speech in the world will fall on deaf ears if the audience isn't interested. So we map out how you can determine what their interests are.

Is this selling yourself out, compromising your authenticity? No. It's about sending your message within context, so that you're stronger and better heard.

Do you have a mentor? More than one? How is that working for you? Many tell me that their formal mentor relationships lack chemistry and that they don't get time to establish informal mentors - plus, where would they start? Who has extra time they can volunteer to help someone else out, right?

This is what both emerging leaders tell me, but that established leader have often conquered. So if you haven't yet got at least 3 mentors, this week is for you...

If you do already have a bevy of mentors working beautifully for you... then you'll particularly want to pay attention to Step Two.

That's when we look at finding supporters and advocates who will speak highly of you when you're not in the room.

This is the sticks and carrots of leadership. Coach centred leadership meets individuals where they're at. Its the most engaging style of leadership there is and incidentally the most diversity - friendly. Since it's so adaptive, you may think its very time consuming, or even that your own objectives are lost in helping team members to get all that they need?

Not so. The video training and resources will kick you off then over the next 4 weeks you'll be applying what you learnt. You'll be delegating differently, engaging team members more fully and getting more done in less time.

Whether you're the one initiating the change or you're executing a new direction for the business, managing change is an inevitable and essential cornerstone of leadership.

Engaging, inclusive leadership is important, but so is influence and absolute clarity.

It's been well reported that women are less likely to ask for a pay rise for themselves, but interestingly more likely to negotiate on behalf of others. Whether your salary negotiation is for yourself or directly for your team, preparation and strategy are critical to success.

Mostly, because if you're not well prepared, clear and confident then you're much less likely to even broach the subject!

This week we look at the remaining skills essential to a Leadership Toolkit (strategic awareness, innovation, financial acumen, action orientation, and so on), then you will discover strategies for building those skills. Even if there's no opportunity to do so within your role.

And no, you won't need to leave the business to do it!
